What this site is
Acquisition Recon is a set of analytical tools for M&A due diligence. It does not require registration, does not sell products directly, and does not build user profiles.
What data we collect
We do not collect personal data. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts of any kind.
Your IP address is processed automatically by Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, for security and DDoS protection purposes. This processing is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy and is not controlled by Acquisition Recon.
If you contact us by email, we receive and store that email for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for security and performance. These are not used for tracking or advertising.
Tool inputs
The numbers you enter into the Acquisition Recon tools are processed in real time and are not stored, logged, or transmitted beyond the immediate calculation. We do not retain your deal parameters.
Third parties
This site uses Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, and security. Cloudflare processes network-level data as described in their privacy policy.
We use Google Fonts for typography. Google may log font requests. No personal data is passed.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other advertising or analytics platform.
Your rights under GDPR and CCPA
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no data to access, correct, or delete. If you have contacted us by email and wish for that correspondence to be deleted, write to admin@acquisitionrecon.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data transfers
This site is served globally through Cloudflare's network. Network-level data may be processed in data centers outside your country of residence. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's data processing agreements, which are GDPR-compliant.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals. It is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
